Many times we receive good advice that we are unable to follow.  Our doctor might recommended a lifestyle change or tell us to lose weight and then we are left on our own to figure out how to do it.  Or perhaps we know we should eat better and exercise more, but we just can't seem to figure out how to fit it into our busy lives.  

Here's where I can help.  Through working with me, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the foods and lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance and health.  As your personal health coach, I will provide ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness.  I will listen carefully and help you to navigate the world of contradictory nutrition advice to determine what changes are necessary for you.

Your personalized program will radically improve your health and happiness. Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance.

Your 3 or 6-month program includes:

  • Two 50-minute sessions per month
  • Email support between sessions
  • Simple, easy-to-prepare healthy recipes
  • Simple but informative handouts that will increase your nutrition knowledge
  • Refrigerator and pantry "makeovers"
  • Health Food Store tour, if desired
  • Access to my bi-monthly newsletter with the latest health tips and recipes
  • Coaching and support to help you make the dietary and lifestyle changes you want

To decide if health coaching is right for you, I invite you to schedule an initial consultation with me.  During this session, we will discuss your health and lifestyle to determine how I can best support you in achieving your goals.  I offer in-person health consultations as well as phone and Skype consultations.


Seasonal Cleanses / Healthy Cooking Workshops

New Spring 2018, I will be offering a series of healthy cooking workshops that go beyond traditional cooking classes. Not only will these workshops teach you culinary essentials such as basic knife skills, fundamental ingredients you should always keep in your kitchen, and simple techniques for quick meal prep, you will also learn the nutritional benefits of fresh, whole foods and how to prepare them to make healthy and delicious dishes that will get you motivated and inspired to get in the kitchen and start cooking!  Email me at for more information.
